Tuition Refund Program: Recognizing the need to support employees, the apprenticeship system and industry manpower development, Merit Contractors Association of Alberta offers a Tuition Refund Program to employees of its member companies. This program refunds the tuition fees for member employees who successfully complete apprenticeship training and return to work for a Merit Alberta company.
Scholarships: The Merit Contractors Association Scholarship is intended to assist children of Merit member employees pursue post-secondary education, including apprenticeship technical training.
Merit Member Companies Job Board: Merit’s recruiting website allows construction workers to view job postings, apply for a specific job and post their resumes on-line.
